Greg Coleman is currently CEO of AIM-listed Independent Resources plc with operations in Egypt and Tunisia and has 40 years of experience in the oil & gas industry. He was the Group Vice President for BP plc overseeing the global function of HSSE. Prior to that, he led numerous operating businesses in BP including Canada, Venezuela and Norway; he also led BP's Investor Relations Program. He founded Canamens Energy Ltd. which developed a portfolio of exploration and development assets with a value of >$1bn from an investment of $200m. Greg served on the board of the of the International Petroleum Industry Environmental Conservation Association (IPIECA) for 7 years.
